The GPVWC Day is the annual meeting of GPVWC members, staged after the end of the main season. It is considered an occasion to meet and socialise in a fun environment, but also a moment in which the GPVWC Administration announces new rules and features for the coming season.

Traditionally, the GPVWC Day has been the occasion in which the Award Ceremonies for the season are carried out.
