Superleague 2011

  • With another commanding win Nordsjoen Racing's Joe Consiglio moved within a step of his second World Championship, as Lee Morris failed to finish in Spa-Francorchamps. Meanwhile Red Archer retained the lead in the Constructors' Championship with David Jundt holding off Pavel Loknovski for 2nd.
  • Joe Consiglio gained the upper hand in the championship battle after victory in the Spanish Grand Prix, taking full advantage of Lee Morris's absence. The new Red Archer lineup of David Jundt and Gregg Lawson took 2nd and 3rd and so slightly extended their lead in the Constructors' competition.
  • After a rather chaotic start to the Italian Grand Prix, Joe Consiglio and Nordsjoen Racing continued to close the gaps at the top of the standings with a win for Consiglio ahead of Lee Morris and Pavel Loknovski.
  • Nordsjoen Racing picked up their first 1-2 of the year at the Brazilian Grand Prix. Joe Consiglio stormed to victory just over a minute ahead of team-mate Pavel Loknovski in 2nd. David Jundt continued his run of podiums with 3rd.
  • Joe Consiglio dominated the Canadian GP as several leading drivers suffered problems in an incident packed race. David Jundt and Dave Carr-Smith completed the podium in Montreal.
  • Red Archer's Jason Muscat took his 2nd win of the season at the Mexican Grand Prix with David Jundt making it a 1-2 for the Greek team. Lee Morris managed to limit the damage to his title hopes with a 3rd place finish.
