The 2013/14 International Touring Cup season will be the debut GPVWC International Touring Cup season. The series will be the continuation of fellow league Gentlemens Racing Club's most prominent series, the GRC Touring Car Championship, following the league's closure in late 2013. The initial season will see twenty teams participate making it the fourth series in GPVWC history to enforce a participant cap. Torrent Motorsports will enter the season as spiritual Team's title defendants after securing the RWD title in GRCTCC Season 14.
