The 2025 Formula Sprint 2 will be the 4th GPVWC Formula Sprint 2 season. The name Formula Sprint 2 was created to replace the GPVWC Formula Challenge Series which did run for 10 seasons from 2012 to 2021.

Calendar
The 2024 calendar follows the 16-round limit introduced in 2019. The first round took place at Australian and the last will take place in Brazil, with each race taking place on a Tuesday.

Calendar changes
- The Chinese, Austrian and United States Grands Prix were reintroduced.
- The German Grand Prix venue changed from the Nurburgring to the Hockenheimring for the GPVWC 2024 season.
