The 2011 Watkins Glen Masters were Rounds 9 & 10 of the 2011 Masters Series season and were held on December 1st 2011.
Report
Steve Davis scored a big win in his debut race for Constructors' Championship leaders MMC Racing at Watkins Glen after title favorite Simon Cattell was hampered by fuel issues dropping him down the field in the feature race. However, a recovery drive in the sprint race saw Cattell take the lead in the drivers points table after a strong 2nd place behind eventual winner Jarl Teien.
Bart De Vos also continued his strong campaign with a double podium (2nd, 3rd), keeping him in touch for the race to become the 3rd GPVWC Masters Series Champion.
