CSG Racing is an English constructor founded by Dave Carr-Smith. They entered the Superleague late in 2009 season in place of the defunct Conde Racing Competicion team and enjoyed immediate success with Lee Morris winning the five remaining races. They continued in 2010, but internal frictions led to the virtual collapse of the team midseason. Much of the remnants of the team went on to form Midnight Motorsport the following season.
In early 2012, it was announced that CSG Racing would return, this time competing in the Supercup with the driver line up of Alex Cooper and Ric Scott, Dave Carr-Smith continues as team principal.
