Roy qualified as 13th, After one of his great starts Roy went to the 7th postition. He finnished as 7th as well, just 0.1 sec behind Wopke Hoekstra. Mike was less lucky. He was involved in a crash with multiple cars. He finnished the race at the 14th place. And then it was already time for the last race. At the [[2011 Supercup Singapore Grand Prix]] Roy couldn't get a good result. Roy qualified as 12th, his best qualify ever. At the start he went from 12th to 6th! But then it went all wrong. He crashed, but could rejoin the race. But the car was to damaged to drive and after 10 laps his race was over. Mike qualified as 16th. He had a good start en went up to the 7th position. After a few problems Mike finnished as 15th. And then the season was over. Racing Team Schroten scored 6 points and ended up at the 17th place. The team entered the season halfway, and had much work to do. The team was very happy with the progress they made, and they are really looking forward to the next season. |

Master Series
2011
Racing Team Schroten was participating in the 2011 Masters Series season. They had a pretty good start at the first race-weekend at the Norisring in Nuremberg, Germany. Scott Bennett retired in the first race and Mike did the same after a crash. But in the second race Scott was very fast and eventually finished 6th with 14 points. Mike was less lucky. He got a very strange penalty for cutting the track, which he didn’t do, and ended on the 33th place. The second weekend at the Goldenport in China went goodas well. In the first race Scott Bennett had to retire the race and Mike Schroten finished 13th, which was his first finish in the points ever in the GPVWC history. In the second race Scott couldn’t drive the whole race because of some problems with the car and Mike, which had a pretty good start (from 28th to 17th in 2 laps), got rammed by an other driver and spun, after that he came back on the track as 26th and eventually finished on the 22nd place. A good overtaking race for him.
GPVWC Formule Challange
2012
Racing Team Schroten will be actif in the 2012 Formula Challenge season. Mike and Roy will drive for the team.
Other race-classes
Racing Team Schroten had, and still has, cars racing in many leagues. They drive in the GPROC championship, drove in the BRO (Benelux Racing League) and now in the GPVWC championchip. Roy Schroten
Roy Schroten is driver and team owner of RTS. He started Simracing online in the spring of 2011. Before that he played much games offline like F1 games.
Mike Schroten
Mike Schroten drives for RTS since the first race. He was also a team owner but after a year he made a own team. He still drives for the team in multiple classes.
Martijn Rietberg
Martijn Rietberg was a test/reserve driver for RTS. He joined the team as test driver in the Master Series. A week later he exited to team and the GPVWC.
Scott Bennett
Scott Bennett is a driver who drove in the 2011 Master series season.
