CSG Racing was an English constructor founded by Dave Carr-Smith. They entered the Superleague late in 2009 season in place of the defunct Conde Racing Competicion team and enjoyed immediate success with Lee Morris winning the five remaining races. They continued in 2010, but internal frictions led to the virtual collapse of the team midseason. Much of the remnants of the team went on to form Midnight Motorsport the following season.
