Sparshot Racing was a constructor owned by Nick Douglas who participated only in the inaugural GPVWC season, 2000.
The team's entry in the series was short and plagued by disputes within the team, leading to the departure of driver Peter Kent at the first race and the withdrawl of the team after the second. Lead driver and GPVWC admin Dan Lawrence subsequently took over the team's assets and relaunched it under the name DL Racing.
