Ultima Racing, formerly known as Down Racing, was a team Mal McKee entered in the 2003 Superleague season.

The team is particularly notable as being unsuccessful in securing committed drivers and consistent race entries. The team was expelled from the league for this reason, with two races to go in the season, despite an influx of drivers from another league. The assets of the team were bought over by NWO Motorsport which was subsequently bought over by Vedder F1. It seems likely that, as Puma F1 took over the Stealth GP outfit, the assets and garage spot for the 2004 season went to Woods Racing.
