Shortly after the E03's first test, William Ponissi held a press conference to announce the completing of the teams driver line-up for the 2004 season.

The Irish manager introduced Brit Ross Loram (Race driver) and Swiss Andreas Wagner (EIRE Test driver) to the press, and the trio posed for some pictures.

Ponissi explained: "Ross would pair with Scott Whiteman in the race drivers line-up. He's fast, skillful and really committed, and he has been suggested by Scott himself. The two have raced in the past so they're already an experienced pairing, and I think they'll be really successful this season. I would like to wish Ross the best for 2004".

The signing of Loram puts an end to all the rumours regarding EIRE's second driver, which in the winter was believed to be in the hands of different drivers, including Kieran Ryan and Jan Kelder.

Ross Loram had the following to say: "I'd like to thank William for offering me a drive alongside Scott, after he was my teammate in the Spa 1000 event. I'm proud to be a part of this league".

Andreas Wagner looks likely to be loaned out to another team for the 2004 season. Ponissi told the press that he wants Wagner to gain some racing experience to enhance his skill, and the Swiss is believed to already have an agreement to drive with an established F1VWC team - and with only 3 seats left in SCUM, Phoenix and Stealth, the guessing is limited!
