GPVWC Day is the annual meeting of GPVWC members, staged after the end of the main season. It is considered an occasion to meet and socialise in a fun environment, but also a moment in which the GPVWC Management announces new rules and features for the coming season. Traditionally, the GPVWC Day has been the occasion in which the Award Ceremonies for the season are carried out.

The first two editions were held in England, with the event moving to a schedule alternating between Europe and the United Kingdom from 2013 onwards. The 2020 edition was held virtually, mainly from a studio in Hinwil, Switzerland, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the event returning to a live format in 2021.
