FinOz had an "interesting" weekend, with problems for Koski in Qualifying affecting his race, and then Elencevski pulling off a race performance that turned a few heads in the Paddock! Both drivers comment on their race and look forward to Malaysia.

Steve Elencevski's comments after the Australian GP:

"A solid result for my first gp4 race, im quite happy with 4th place. As for my race, i struggled a bit on my first & last stints, due to tyre wear & running longer stints, but the car felt great on my 2nd & 3rd sets of tyres in the middle stints, where i could really push & put in some consistent lap times.

4th is great start to the season & im really looking forward to Malaysia which is one of my favourite circuits, we expect to be pretty strong & i think our chassis is well suited to the track."

Kari Koski's comments after the race:

"Made good start and was able to pass several cars on the start and on first lap. After that things got more complicated and as my car was quite heavy i think i was maybe the last one to stop from the pack i was racing with, there were few guys out with 2 stops strategy, but anyway. Looking the lap-by-lap data i lost a lot of time on my first stint. And on 2nd and 3rd stints car felt great on lower fuel load and i was really competitive from lap 18 to 26 i lost to Sleight only 2.5 seconds! We have to concentrate to find out the best strategies and i need to be more consistant andpush harder every single lap on the race. Results are positive for the whole team, ofcourse losing out the last point by few seconds doesn't feel good.

Malaysia will be difficult for me i'm affraid, i haven't done many laps there and i need to learn the track first. My aim is to get some points."
