Yes, after much speculation, Kieran Ryan will be racing in Barcelona for the Simsoa team in place of David Brown (who is taking a break). The news was announced shortly after the San Marino GP in a Simsoa Post-Race Press Conference. Lawrence, Javier and David all answered questions the press had to offer. However, there was one statement the press didn't expect.

"David (Brown) will not be racing in Barcelona because he is taking a much-deserved break..." The press were then curious as to who would be replacing him, "the person we are replacing David for is Kieran Ryan".

The press were surprised by this news and the babble in the room seemed to double. Lawrence continued, "Both me and Kieran have agreed a 2-race contract for the moment at Barcelona and Monaco. Javier will be replaced in Monaco by Kieran (Ryan). Both Javier (Aparicio) and David (Brown) have been enthusiastic about this chance to sign one of the best drivers in the league and we hope to impress this talented driver in his races with us".

Kieran, was unavailable for comment at this time, but Lawrence said on his behalf, "Kieran (Ryan) has said he is very eager to race in both Spain and Monaco, but he does prefer Monaco, quite obviously!"

The Simsoa team hope for points in both of those two races (Spain and Monaco), but are aware the field is very strong and they will have to fight for it.
