The SCUM driver line-up for Indy will be an untried combination. Peter "Rab" Harding will be stepping out of the car, to fly back to Australia to do some testing at the Kickatinalong test track. He will be replaced in the car by Matt Hunt.

The team are expecting good results from both drivers. With Matt finishing in the points earlier on in the season, much will be expected of him in this race. "Matt is a seasoned driver and we are expecting him to help Angelo and the team get a good result out of this weekend" - stated Dan Regan.

After a technical error in qualifying at Canada, which relegated him to the back of the grid, then finishing in a creditable 14th position in the race, the SCUM boys will be looking for Angelo to put in a solid performance at Indy.

It is unusual for a driver to step out of a race seat to go testing. I would've expected Rab to have kept his seat at Indy and the team to have sent Dan Regan back home for testing. I believe the current lack of pace being shown by Dan, was a contributing factor to this unusual event. With the pace he has shown in his last two races, I believe the team wanted a driver that would test the car to its limits.
