After an awful debut home Grand Prix, David Cummings has announced a driver line up change for Hockenheim

"With recent difficulties with Andreas' and John's chassis, we have taken both the race chassis and swapped them with the test teams chassis!

Myself and John will be contesting the German Grand Prix, while the team is to be restructured. This will mean that some of our drivers are, unfortunately to leave the team. The drivers to stay with the team are:

David Cummings ? ongoing

Marek Liolias ? until end of 2004 season

Andreas Wagner ? until end of 2005

Chris Galloway ? until end of 2005

John Harland ? ongoing

Wilhelm Frueh ? until end of 2004

The other drivers contracts are terminated due to them either not keeping in touch or not turning up for private and in season tests.

The race after Germany we WILL have Wilhelm Frueh in the race car, as to whom will partner him I have yet to make a choice.

The team also undertook some private testing at Silverstone after the British GP

Team owner David Cummings tested the PMA-01C at Silverstone, bringing rumours to the paddock that Cummings is to have a major shake up within the team.

David Cummings is back at the wheel of the PMA-01C in what appears to be preparation for a grand prix, running full Grand Prix distances at the Northamptonshire track.

Cummings showing an improvement in pace and not as many spins would not reveal any details to any changes, only stating "wait for the press release"

Comments on the British GP:

Team owner David Cummings is "very annoyed"! Cummings is known to be very disappointed with the performance and no shows at recent Grand Prix, and had the following to say:

"I am annoyed and disappointed and changes will be made to the team, that is all I am prepared to announce right now, I am trying to get a meeting with John Harland to confirm things but we know that we have some work to do

"I would like to apologise to the F1VWC Governing Body for the no shows of late, which we know is detremental to the championship.

"We are going to do a shakedown here after the grand prix and we are going to have a driver line up change within the team".
