After a rather disappointing season for EiRE Jaguar this year, where Scott Whiteman had loads of trouble with his steering wheel and therefore was unable to fight for the Championship, the Boys in Green are looking forward to competing to the top level in 2005. Whiteman declared: ?The 2004 season has been disappointing, hopefully the team can sort out some technical issues before next season.?

Although EiRE was 3rd in the Constructors Championship, Ponissi wants more. The team is already working very hard on all the preparations for next season, with the development of the 2005 chassis being almost ready and the drivers line-up sure.

William Ponissi, President of EIRE, will announce the 2005 drivers line up LIVE on 21st on November. The press Conference will be held at Donington Park, England, in front of all the other managers at the ?Official F1VWC Seasonal Meeting?.

Top secret is still the word about the new drivers, but the smiling faces in the Holland-based Irish team are the ones of confident people. Sure thing is that Martin ?Bucky? Buchan will not be part of the EIRE squad for next season; as regards other positions there is still uncertainty, with Whiteman and Loram likely to retire and Grooff keeping his test driver job.

But it won?t take long to have some light shed on the doubts. The appointment for fans, press, and mostly team managers and drivers is in Donington, 21st November 2004.
