Chris Goodley, ex Woods Racing driver, has signed a 1 year contract with MMC Racing to be the team's test driver.
Team manager Ryan McConkey gave some comments on the signing, "I'm really excited about having Chris on the team. Over the course of last season we became good friends, and it's great to have him with us for 2005. I really think he'll fit in well with the team."
Goodley gave some of his thoughts on the signing, "I am very happy to have joined MMC in its testing program. I still want to drive the open wheel cars, but I dont want to drive them competitivly, so testing is the best option. I am going to test for MMC because driving one of the best cars in the league is always very good. But Mr McConkey is always very good at bribery especially at vulnerable people. One of my goals with MMC is to get the car even better for the 2005 season and help the race drivers as much as possible."
When asked about his new manager Chris responded, "He is the greatest managers that was ever born." He joked, "He swears alot, his driving capabilities are a bit off but his brain and will power are all there."
As for the team's other signings, nothing is being confirmed by the team until after Christmas apparently.
