Two Nordsjoens qualified in the first three places for this week's German Grand Prix at Hockenheim. Scott Whiteman gained a pole position with a fine drive on the power circuit, while William Ponissi qualified in third. Nordsjoen's result is due largely to the great importance the engine plays here, and the Mercedes powerplants of the Italian cars didn't fail to impress.

Sandwiched between the two white cars, Mal McKee's Synergetic Motorsport occupies 2nd place, and will stand on the front row come race day. The weather forecast for the race is sunny, with no risk of rain.
