Nordsjoen Finn ace Janne Tanskanen was the master in Silverstone, as he topped the timesheets in a test that saw 28 cars busy racking up laps. The track allowed the teams to concentrate on speed setups, although many outfits still chose to concentrate on long runs, hiding their true potential even further.

Argentina Racing Team, on the other hand, did nothing to hide their skill and ability as they barged to the top of the rankings, with star driver Agustin Canapino in 2nd place, Jesus Iriarte in 4th and Fernando Babij in 6th - sandwiching CSG's tester Petter Kaasa in 3rd place and Ashley Walsh in 5th. The test, in which front-runners Joe Consiglio and Lee Morris did not take part, showed how a multitude of teams and drivers will be in contention come Melbourne - making for an extremely interesting season to watch on these pages!

This test represented the last occasion in which teams sported the same chassis: from the next one, the first improvements will already be present, adding a touch of spice to an already exciting pre-season period. Team Managers will receive R&D information shortly.
