With the official Entry List for the 2011 GPVWC Superleague finally announced, the rumour mill started spinning, ready to churn out the names of the drivers who will fill the 24 race seats in the 12 competing teams. While most of the pairings are based on speculation, one team caught the chance to be the first to officially announce its driver lineup for the 2011 season.

English outfit ST Racing, which debuted in 2010 when Mark Fuller took over Fusion Racing from former team-mate Phil Perkins, released a statement revealing the outfit's plans for the forthcoming campaign, in which the red-and-blues will stress evolution over revolution, with many faces from their first season returning behind the wheel. The full statement reads:

"ST Racing is pleased to be taking part in the Superleague in 2011 and looks forward to making improvements in its second year in this prestigious league. Team principal Mark Fuller announces an exciting driver line-up for the coming season - Dave Stanton (driver), Mark Fuller (driver) and Luke McKee (Reserve/test driver). The whole Team has been put on notice - enjoy Christmas and then the hard work really starts."

Lots of confidence for the all-British team; Stanton, coming from a part-time season with Championship winners Nordsjoen Racing, will surely relish the option to race a full season in a team where he can aim to develop his talent. Fuller, on the other hand, will look forward to improving his results from a season in which mediocre machinery often stood in the way of better results. With the support of McKee, one of the most sought-after testers due to an uncanny ability at interpreting telemetry data, 2011 could be the year ST Racing starts achieving some important results.
