Williamson Dynamics Team Prinicpal, Ben Williamson, has insisted that no expense will be spared as the team look to build on the good momentum they have enjoyed in the early stages of the season, with the last round of Championship not going the team's way an in season strategy evaluation is ongoing behind closed doors, but Williamson was happy to confirm that all resources will be pushed towards keeping the WDF1.11/B at the head of the development curve.

Another major shift announced is the intention of the team to bring new signing, Stephen Hill into the GPVWC team. Hill will act as a replacement for Roy Wachtmeester, the Dutch driver having to step out of the team once more due to issues away from racing. Hill has firmly established himself within the team in recent months and is believed to be well suited to the team's 2011 challenger. Surprisingly, the team are already considering running the Brit in the next round of the championship in an effort to support Ojay Clark's assault on the standings.

"Let's be clear, Tim-Oliver Wagner is the holder of our second race seat this season. He's an asset to the team and should this go ahead, it would bear no reflection on Tim. As stated in the pre-season build up, 2011 is a vital year for us and we have endured a number of difficulties both in and out of GPVWC, it's very important we make this season count. Additionally, the development of new talent is vital to our team ethos. This would simply be an evaluation drive, similar to the programme employed by HRT in the FIA F1 World Championship in 2010. However, this is something Marco (Vandenbroeck, co-owner of the team) and I still have to discuss, but I would like make it clear that this is by no means a case where Tim has lost his seat. We're only 3 rounds in and we're very pleased with his commitment, the seat is Tim's to lose."

The WDF1.11/B has seemingly delivered on many of it's pre-season promises with the team being a surprise podium contender and consistently fielding in the top 5, representing a massive turn of performance over last season. With a shot at a driver's title clearly in the future for Ojay Clark, WDGP will be keen to find the best driver possible to support him, enabling the team to make a charge on the Constructor's title which would go someway to ensuring Clark puts pen to paper on a deal extension when his contract ends after the 2012 season, and would also secure the team's continued use of Mercedes power which has proved a valuable asset so far.
