The last race before a lengthy summer break, Mexico will surely offer a great show. Draig Racing's Ryan Walker guides us around the Hermanos Rodriguez track.

Commentary: Lee Morris

Q. How did the Draig car feel on your lap and do you feel there's more time to be gained?

The car felt really good and I felt my lap was very quick, but of course there is more time to be gained in the twisty parts of the track if you can get them spot on as well as in the last corner if you get your line right and the back end doesn't try to come round on you.

Q. Mexico is a track that has several very different sections as you go through the lap - as a driver which part do you find the most difficult and which do you enjoy most?

I find the twisty section of Mexico to be very difficult because it is very hard to try and not run wide or lock your front wheels as this can lose you time and can flat spot your front tyres. A part of the track I enjoy is the last corner because if you get the corner entry right and the back end doesn't try to oversteer then you can get a good exit, which in the end will give you a good lap.

Q. In your own words, how would you describe your driving style?

My driving style is relaxed I would say, but only aggressive when I need to be, which is during a race and in qualifying. Some people seem to call me the Kobayashi of GPVWC because I seem to be aggressive in a race but not qualifying *Laughs*

Q. Despite your team's troubled financial situation, both you and Lee have enjoyed some good results lately. Are you confident the team will be able to maintain this good form in Mexico and beyond?

Yeah I feel we can still do well and prove to people we don't need upgrades to do well, which I think me and Lee have proved by our results at Silverstone, Bahrain and also by Lee's win at Imola. I feel we can end the season on a high and prove to people you don't need big fancy upgrades to beat our rivals.
