Sources close to Draig Racing suggest that they may make a shock move to sign Ryan Walker for the 2012 season.

Walker raced for Draig last season, but quit the team after a fall-out with both manager and team-mate. It is thought that Walker was not happy with the teams financial situation and the lack of development on the car. Walker replaced Phil Perkins at TDR in a straight swap, but now it seems Perkins is considering retiring from GPVWC as a driver, leaving a seat free at Draig.

The Scotsman announced that he would be driving for Nijo in 2012 but this latest twist suggests that may have been premature. Draig are expected to retain the services of their star driver Lee Morris, despite the fact that his salary will no doubt mean sacrifices in other departments, which could possibly rock the boat amongst the drivers, later on in the season.
