Centurion Grand Prix is pleased to announce their new driver line-up for 2014.

Driving the number 14 car will be Dan Rusu with Martin O'Connor in car number 15. They are both experienced drivers and the team is confident that this well matched driving pairing will push each other to the maximum in 2014. Both drivers are part of the VBMotorsport Driver Development Programme and Centurion Grand Prix is grateful to Mike Pitman for arranging two of his drivers to join us.

Centurion Grand Prix had poor results in the first half of the 2013 season but turned it around in the second half. This was only due to the commitment and sheer hard work of Tommi Koivunen and Mikael Tuomaala. Together, they racked up a string of solid points finishes, despite only having joined the team midway through the season.

Thanks to their excellent performance as a driver pairing, they have both been hired by the Green Stripes Racing Superleague team. We wish them and Green Stripes Racing the best of luck for the 2014 Superleague season and thank them for the invaluable contribution to Centurion Grand Prix.

Matt Richards will be the team's official test/reserve driver and is expected to fully support both race drivers and assist the team in placing the best prepared car on the grid.

Dan Rusu:

"I am very happy to have been chosen to race for Centurion Grand Prix. Firstly, I would like to thank Mike Pitman of VBMotorsports for placing his trust in me during 2013 despite my setbacks.

Also, I am very happy to have Martin O'Connor racing alongside me for 2013. He is the team mate I was hoping to get and I'm sure that if we give our best, good results will follow.

I am very proud to be accepted in the VBMotorsports Drivers Development Programme and I will do my best not to disappoint. I am looking forward to working with Vinodh Moodley and I'm already committed to him and my new team for 2014.

I know that the drivers registered in the 2014 Supercup are very talented, but that makes me even more determined to prove myself. The atmosphere within the team is great and everybody is fully loaded, prepared and excited for the upcoming season."

Martin O'Connor:

"First of all, I would like to say a big thank you to Vinodh Moodley for giving me this opportunity to race in a great team. I hope we can push and be in the points from the start in Australia."
