After recently being confirmed as one of the fifteen teams who will be competing in this years World GT series, RPM Racing confirm their driver lineup for its 2016 edition.

Following on from the recent confirmation that RPM Racing have been granted an entry into the GPVWC World GT, team manager Rob Mason confirmed further details of the team's entry.

"I'm delighted to be able to give you the first bits of information regarding our entry", Mason said.

"We worked closely with our drivers during testing to select the car we felt offered us the best chance to perform this season. That process led us to choosing the Ferrari 458.

Furthermore, I think it's time we revealed who our drivers will be for this season. I'm very happy with the signings, and think we're going to have a strong season.

We warmly welcome Tobias Olsson and Argenis Riera to the team.

We know Tobias from his Masters series drive with us, so he was a logical choice to continue the partnership. Argenis came on a recommendation, which speaks for itself. I'm excited to see what these two can achieve."

Neither driver competed in World GT last season, but Olsson enjoyed a strong Formula Challenge season and had a very encouraging part season in the World Sports Series. Riera showed some pace in this year's Masters series, and was a regular points scorer in Formula Challenge last season.

"I am very happy and grateful for the confidence that RPM gave me", Riera said. "I cannot wait for the start of the season, I hope to be in the top 10, even maybe win a race. My teammate is a good and fast driver, I will learn much from him."

"I'm happy to team up with RPM racing for the WGT Season", Olsson added. "As a new team I think we come with a decent driver lineup and a good management, and we will most definitely score points. I hope we can reach top 5 in the team standings in the end of the season.

As for my self this will be the first time racing in GT cars and it will be fun to see where I will be pace wise."
