Stealth GP's Joe Consiglio has every reason to be proud, as he set the fastest time in testing today, and of all days - on his birthday! Hernj-Roaldo had to settle for 2nd best with Daan Van Renswoude slightly slower than on his previous days testing. Robert Filipe continued his recent good runs with the 3rd fastest time in his KRB.

Positions 4 - 8 were covered by just half a second, in the most competitive testing field to date.

Andrew Cooper put his Mapes-VO 4th quickest, followed very closely by Darren Whites Cosworth powered CVRT in 5th. Andy Graydon was 6th for MCR and he too was closely followed by Blair Disley in 7th. Pablo Arteaga just missed out on getting into the 1m14's with his best effort of the day netting him the 8th fastest time.

Mal Mckee was some 1.7 seconds slower than Arteaga in 9th place, while a sick Danny Regan was nearly half a second further back, the Australian citing sinus problems for his poor performance.

All in all, a great and hugely competitive session. 10 out of the 11 GPVWC teams were in attendance today. The only non shower was TGM Motorsport who are not scheduled to test at all this week, much to the disgust of their lead driver - William Ponissi.

So, 1 more day of testing left before we pack up and fly over to Barcelona! ...as always, we will be here to report the action.......stay tuned..
