The final day of testing at Magny Cours saw another Hernj-Roald at the top of the timesheets, although this time not as convincingly as the previous days. Pedro Daniel Miguel did the honours for the Netherlands based team, while KRB hotshot, Robert Filipe, had a great session and ended up 2nd. Dan Lawrence was again near the top of the timesheets in 3rd with a time minutely slower than Filipe.

Andy Graydon was a further 3 quarters of a second slower and the 1st of the runners not to make it into the 1m13's. He was followed very closely by Mapes-VO rookie, Andrew Cooper. Blair Disley rounded out the runners in the 1m14's with a great run in the under powered Dizzo car to take 6th fastest.

Andrew Creek showed an improvement in form, setting the 7th fastest time, he was considerably faster than Danny Regan in 8th who is still suffering from a major sinus infection.

JonkGP again failed to take to the track, the 2nd time in this 4 day session! .... It is not inconcievable that Joost Jonk will be showing James Fowler the door unless he comittment improves rapidly.

The teams are now finished here in Magny Cours, and are already loading their equipment into their transporters, ready for the trek over to Barcelona for the next Grand Prix. Some drivers are going back to Imola however, to take part in the F3000 Championship race being staged there on Monday, but it's business as usual from then on...and we will be there to report it!
