Italian driver Gene Annunziata was spotted yesterday at KRB's headquarters in Belgium, where he met with team's executives to discuss his future and has finally announced that a contract has been signed.

Annunziata has been on the new drivers list and tested in Magny-Cours, France. Thus far, the italian has taken some time to meet the staff and get used to

the new environment, but will soon start working in full swing in order to prepare for the next race as the 2nd driver, as James Davidson, who finished

2nd in the 4th day of testing, was promoted to 1st driver position due to Jason Smith's retirement.

Rumours from the paddock say Gene received several offers from different GPVWC teams.

The promising new line-up will tomorrow head to Austria along with crew and cars, in order to get things ready to make a brilliant performance.
