After having seen both drivers struggle to get a decent position on the grid for the Austrian GP, the team admitted that they expected more from the new line-up.

James Davidson and Gene Annunziata - 9th and 11th respectively - couldn't make proper use of their exceptional cars, which are two of the best of the field. Therefore they had to settle for less, and, according to assistant manager Mariano Malisani that is nothing but a set of statistics and won't affect the drivers in any way: "I have already talked to them, and they have already left that in the past and we are focused on achieving a great result in the race, which undoubtely can be done"

When asked about what was the problem, Malisani had this to say: "Basically, one of the problems was that the track didn't suit their driving style, but they already sorted out those details and are helping each other.", he continued, "Yes, we expected more but that's what we got and we are now in full swing for the real deal. So, only bad luck can stop us"
