With Monaco being the next port of call, BA Racing are again playing down their chances of gaining a top 6 finish. The British team is 'uncertain' of it's current performance in comparision with the other top 5 teams.

"We are strong on some circuits, but pants on others!", commented Dan Lawrence [acting Team Manager], "Personally speaking, I thought Austria would be a bad weekend, and it wasn't, which proves that we are very uncertain about our potential performance against other top teams at the moment.

Monaco is a different breed of circuit though, you can take all the high HP engines and throw them in the harbour, they won't benefit as much this weekend..which brings an even bigger question mark over the performance of our team and other teams this weekend. Teams like Dizzo and S.C.U.M should be much better placed to take points as they both have highly competent drivers who are hampered by the lack of HP, this could potentially spoil our chances.

IF! we can get a clean lap in Qualifying, then we will probably end up in the top 8 at a guess...difficult to judge though until we start practice."

The #2 seat at BA Racing faces an uncertainty aswell this weekend! Mal McKee is likely to be otherwise engaged through the Monaco weekend, although this is yet to be confirmed. Test driver, Antonio Irissari has been tipped to drive the 2nd car, but as yet has not confirmed this.

So there you go .... uncertainty seems to be rife at BA Racing.
