After Managing Assistant Mariano Malisani [in charge of KRB at the moment] described last event as "a weekend to forget", the KRB boys are back in full swing.

Malisani walked around the paddock on qualifying day with a big smile on his face, we all predicted he had something up his sleeve, and the team finally

shocked us with James Davidson in 2nd and Gene Annunziata in 3rd place at Monaco.

Let's get it from his own words:

"It really wasn't my task that put us on the front and 2nd row, I only did what I had to do, the drivers did the most important job here, I'm pleased to see that all our effort finally gives back some glory and expect the race to be a projection of this session."

He admitted to being bothered after the Austrian GP, but he said that he never gave up trust and faith on the actual line-up, who were also pleased with his management, especially Italian Gene Annunziata, as he doesn't speak too much english and rumours say Mariano Malisani has been perfecting his Italian in order to get things straight with his new driver:

"Communication is an essential part of all this, and I did my best to have him understand every single word I said in order to sort out some problems.

I guess it worked out great, as the results speak for themselves, but apart from making the guys realize the state-of-the-art car they use, I encouraged

them to work along with me, I intended to be like a track engineer for them, and I also took to the track myself a couple of times.", he went on, "I look

forward to put in practice this system more often, as it proves to be quite effective".

He decided to give an end to the interview by honestly saying there was still a lot of work to do, important things to improve, and little time before the race start at Monte Carlo.
