S.C.U.M. are undertaking the most ambitious investment programme of their short career, the details of which we have obtained.

The team, based in Kikatinalong Australia, has submitted plans for a $75million, 100 per cent wind tunnel, which will allow them to carry out aero testing on full-size Formula 1 cars.

It is due to come online during the 2003 season, which should give the team enough time to greatly influence the aerodynamic performance of their ?04 car. It may indeed provide S.C.U.M. with the aero edge they have been lacking since their inception into Formula 1.
