A bitter cold morning welcomed the press at PB Racings headquarters in Swindon as Tom Parker took to the stage in order to announce the 2013 drivers racing for PB Racing for the up and coming 2013 Supercup season.

"Having had a very difficult 2012 by our teams standards, we are looking to bounce back to the big time in 2013. 2012 saw our first season without a single victory or even a podium. In fact, it took until the final race of the season for us to score our first points thanks to a brilliant drive from Teemu. With Teemu now having been promoted the the Woods Superleague team, we were on the search for a new driver when one person became the obvious choice for us once the Woods partnership had been confirmed. We also planned to keep the consistency factor in place as to not disrupt the balance in the Woods family.

If you haven't guessed by now, the two drivers that will be racing for us under the PB banner will be Ben Warren and William Tringas."

The two drivers then came onto the stage and the cameras lit up to get a shot of them as Parker explained his reasoning for hiring Ben and Will.

"Ben has come on leaps and bounds during the last year and I am absolutely delighted he has agreed to come to PB. He has had SC experience in the past and that experience coupled with the obvious talent the guy has made him a no brainer for me when thinking of who to approach. His working relationship with Will will also no doubt be fantastic as they have been racing together since 2008 so they know each other in and out.

Will has been a mainstay in the team since late 2011 and though he had a shaky 2012, this was not all his fault due to bad luck, a trip to Europe and other problems preventing him from committing to the season full time. Now that he is back though, he is as determined as ever to stamp his name on the Supercup and with his vast knowledge, of which only a couple in the entire GPVWC can claim to have similar, will help not only PB but the entire Woods Racing family move forward in their respective leagues."

Parker then handed the microphone to Ben who had this to say about joining PB for the up and coming season.

"I'm really excited about the upcoming Supercup season with PB Racing. I gained a lot of experience competing in Superleague last season, and feel I've made a big improvement as a driver, and hope I can translate that into strong results throughout the season. I'm also excited to be able to work with Will during the upcoming season. I've worked alongside him before in other leagues, and he's one of the mostknowledgeabledrivers around."

The microphone was then handed to Tringas who said the following about re-signing with the English team for a third consecutive season.

"After an extremely difficult season in 2012, I just want to get back to the consistency that netted me a string of points finishes at the end of 2011. Although the increased competition last season was unexpected, previously uncommon errors from myself cost me in several races at the start of last season andthat'ssomething I want to work on, as they seemed to become a regular occurrence after my return in the second half of the season. In what is probably my final full season as a driver, I'd like to repay the faith that Tom has shown in me in keeping me on for the 2013 season with solid results, and by helping my new teammate Ben however I can."

Parker was then handed the microphone again to discuss the Woods/PB/Velocity link up in a bit more detail.

"When we saw the effort Midnight had put in over 2012, we knew the only way to try and recreate thatmagnificentachievement was to team up and with myself at Woods Racing for the Superleague season, it was a no brainer to get the two teams to link up so we can try and work together on helping not just the individual teams but the entire Woods family throughout the leagues. With Ben at PB it was only natural that Velocity joined us as part of the family and we are all looking forward to an excellent 2013 together."

With that, the drivers and management left to another flurry of camera shots to get back to the factory to oversee the development of the PB13. The Velocity line up is due to be released in the coming days, completing the line ups for the 3 teams within the Woods family.
