True North's Norbert Jakab took his first win of the season at Silverstone, holding off a late challenge from Lunarc's Mateusz Majka to cross the line just 0.765s ahead.
It was a clean and measured drive from pole position, with Jakab managing strategy and pressure in equal measure.

Majka's second place on debut for Lunarc, who also had Matt Richards climb from 19th to 13th in the race, was equally impressive. Having qualified a strong 3rd, it was all about waiting for the first pitstop, and reacting to it. Soriano pitted on lap 15, and both Majka and leader Jakab pitted one lap later; both benefitting from Soriano coming out behind some traffic, delaying his undercut and outlap

Rouven Meschede completed the podium after a quiet but effective run from fifth on the grid. The result extends his lead in the standings to 29 points.

Jose Soriano started alongside Jakab on the front row but lost ground early and came home fourth. It was still enough to move him back into second in the championship after a DNF last time out. Teammate Harry Smith finished eighth, helping Netrex consolidate third in the team standings.

Oscar Soltero brought home fifth for Brehm, while Agustin Canapino scored solid points for TTF in sixth. Fusion's Lucas Murno added another top-ten to his tally in seventh despite a two-stop strategy that was never going to work.

There were standout drives further down the field, Daniel Scott and Michal Galka both made up double-digit positions.

The high attrition rate affected several contenders. Jan Dragoun dropped out from fourth on the grid, while both KV86 entries and Philipp Puschke retired early. Brody Lawless was classified but failed to finish, marking a second consecutive DNF for Kings Racing, having been in the top ten all race, but crashing on the final lap.

Meschede now leads the championship on 130 points, with Soriano and Jakab giving chase. With consistency continuing to pay off, Optiminal stretches its advantage in the teams' standings ahead of True North and Netrex.
