Nordsjøen NR008
The Nordsjøen Racing NR008 is the 8th car built by Nordsjøen, to compete in the GPVWC Superleague in 2015.
It will be driven by Agustin Canapino and Florian Geier, as well as Nordsjøen's test/reserve driver David Jundt.

Technical Specifications
Chassis
The Chassis/Mod itself is being used for the 3rd straight year with minor changes being visible as upgrades are being put onto the car.
It has a Base Weight of 630kg.
Engine
The engine used is the Martex Technologies MX-03 which, in its base package, produces 732HP at 18000rpm. It's maximum torque is 306.5Nm, which is produced at 16000rpm.
Other
Both Transmission and Fuel/Oil are made & delivered by GPVWC and therefore supply every team with the same material.
2015
Testing
The NR008 made it's debut in a ninterim livery at the Nürburgring on January 29th.Agustin Canapino led the way as can be seen in this article: [2]. Pre-season Test 2 saw Florian Geier take 4th with teammate Canapino absent: being replaced by test and reserve driver David Jundt. More can be read in this article: [3].
The 3rd test was once again lead by Canapino who showed great form early on in testing, more about the test from Sepang here [4]. The Final Test took place at Jerez in wich Agustin once again finished in a very good P2. More from Pre Season test 4 here [5].
2015 Season
The Season Opener at Melbourne saw the NR008 qualify P3 (Canapino) and P16 (Geier). The race got red-flagged about 20 laps before the end, which gave Canapino his first podium in Superleague and Nordsjøen's first since Canada 2013. Florian Geier finished P9 after a nice comeback drive.
The second race took place at Bahrain International Circuit. Agustin qualified P3 with Florian P10. Agustin, whilst running in P2, disconnected and therefore did not finish. Florian finished in P4, bringing home valuable points for the team. Spain saw the team once again being able to battle for pole and victory. Agustin claimed both pole position and the win, whilst Flo failed to score after a crash with Nick Rowland. Nordsjøen is currently 1st in the Constructors' standings with 61 points.
