The GPVWC Day will take place on Sunday, 25th November in Solihull, near Birmingham - all information available here.

y-awaited day in the post-season is here! Following the success of the 2011 GPVWC Day at Oulton Park, the annual celebration of all things GPVWC will return and be an even more unmissable day for our community.

Held at the Assembly Rooms at 21 Poplar Road, Solihull, the GPVWC Day will see a record number of drivers, managers and fans meet to honour the season that just finished. The day will feature the Trophy Presentation to the winners of the 2012 GPVWC Championships, the GPVWC Awards and, as is now customary, a presentation of the innovations to be introduced for the 2013 GPVWC Season.

The day will also see the announcement of the teams that will take part in the 2013 Championships and special teams announcements, and will culminate with the broadcast of the Formula One 2012 Season finale, the Brazilian Grand Prix at Interlagos.

Everyone is invited and encouraged to participate, regardless of their seniority in the league. The venue is in the very centre of Solihull and there are plenty of parkings (free and paid) around; the Programme of Activities for the Day will start at 1pm but attendees are encouraged to arrive a touch earlier just to make sure you have time to order a pint before everything sets off.

There will be activities after the Brazilian GP as well, and the event will close at around 8.30pm. The venue stays open after that time for those who want to stay longer.

Food and drinks will be available throughout the day.
A menu is available here.

Many members of the community will also meet on Saturday 24th at the Travelodge Birmingham Airport hotel to watch the Qualifying session of the Brazilian GP and then move on to some other venue in the vicinity. Everyone is welcome to join!
