More Superleague lineups have been revealed with Hawkeye opting for Bart De Vos and Lewis Redshaw, Woods Racing choosing Tom Parker to partner Kieran Ryan and the Stanton brothers both lining up at Constant. Soon after Synergetic and ST Racing both revealed all English lineups with Liam Hatchell and Ojay Clark at Synergetic and Mark Fuller and Tom Eley at ST.  

The first batch of driver announcements for the 2012 have been made with a mix of old and new faces lined up for so. Nordsjoen Racing were first to reveal their lineup of reigning champion Joe Consiglio and Estonian driver Pavel Loknovski. Red 5 marked their return to the Superleague with the all Welsh lineup of Gavin Thomas and Ben Morgan, while Midnight Motorsport have secured the services of Nick Rowland and recent Endurance race winner Lukas Euler.  

After an intense round of bidding two new teams have joined the Superleague ranks for 2012. The two teams are Kernow Sport led by Mark Wicks and Christoph Lichtenstein's freshly rebranded Green Stripes team (formerly CP Lotus/Force Lotus).  

Joe Consiglio finished the 2011 season in style as the Singapore GP provided him with a seventh consecutive win. 2nd and 5th places for the Red Archers meant that the Greek team collected their first ever GPVWC Constructors' Championship.  

The Dutch Grand Prix saw Joe Consiglio clinch his 2nd GPVWC Drivers' championship as he dominated once more and won the race by over a minute. However another 2-3 finish for Red Archer sees them pull 10 points clear of rivals Nordsjoen going into the final race.
